What Our Fourth Straight President's Award Means for Bismarck Drivers

We have done it once, twice, three times... and now, for the fourth consecutive year, Eide Ford has received the President's Award from Ford Motor Company.

This annual award is no small accomplishment; it's presented to dealers who excel in automotive retailing and exceptional customer service in their communities. We're so proud to receive it four years in a row. 

But enough about us. What does this mean for Ford drivers in Bismarck?

What Our President's Award Means for You

In order to receive this award, a dealership must attain sales goals set forth by Ford, but more importantly,  must be in the top five in the region for customer satisfaction.

Bismarck-Mandan drivers – did you hear that? Of more than 300 dealerships in our region, Bismarck is home to one of the top five in customer satisfaction. (That's us, by the way.) That means when you're shopping for a new Ford vehicle, you can trust our team as the top 1-2% in the region.

That's pretty cool.

And, we certainly hope each of our customers see that play out day-to-day, as customer service is our top priority.

"We focus on it and discuss it amongst management and sales staff to make sure we improve wherever possible," says Jesse Schuchard, General Sales Manager. "We're not perfect, and we have customers who have a less than perfect experience, but it's important to us to address that and fix it when possible. That's what separates us from our competition."
