Did you catch our in-depth look at the Performance & Handling of the new 2019 Ford Ranger in our previous blog post? Now, we're moving on with part two of the series and admiring the Design & Styling of this sharp, new North Dakota pickup.

When it comes to the design of the new Ford Ranger, you have plenty of options – and they all look good. It's obvious from the outside that it's a pickup engineered for heavy duty performance and crafted for adventure. Whether you're cruising through Bismarck-Mandan or hitting the road for work or play, be prepared to turn heads in the new 2019 Ford Ranger.

More than just attractive, the shape of the Ford Ranger is also functional.

The athletic twin power dome hood paired with the angled windshield channels air up and over the roof, reducing the noise of strong North Dakota winds. Contributing to the aerodynamics are the wide grille opening and tall wheel arches, which add a slender sophistication to this brute of a truck.

You've Got Options

It's all about comfort in the new Ford Ranger. And, there's a lot of space, too, with seating up to five people in the four-door SuperCrew®.

Of course, your controls and tech are all within easy reach – something you can expect in any new Ford vehicle. That includes the 8" center touchscreen, which we'll cover in the third part of this series when we look at the Comfort & Convenience.

The SuperCab or Super Crew® – Which is For You?

You likely choose a pickup truck in North Dakota because you need the versatility. With the Ford Rangers, you have options.

If you opt for the SuperCab, you'll have room for two up front in bucket seats, and two in the back with bench seats. And don't worry – there's storage space under the bench. If that's not enough room for you, go ahead and remove the rear seat in the XL model.

Maybe you need even more space. We get it! If that's you, then you'll want to consider the SuperCrew® option, which has four full-size doors and seats up to five. At a glance:

2019 Ford Ranger SuperCab

  • seats up to 4
  • bench seat in the back with storage
  • 6-ft. bed

2019 Ford Ranger SuperCrew®

  • two full-size doors
  • seats up to 5
  • bench seat in the back with storage
  • 5-ft. bed

Not sure which is right for you? Test drive them both!
