Although I ultimately purchased a Yukon from another dealership because I found one much closer to home, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Eide Ford Lincoln—especially Jeremy Hain. Jeremy was exceptional throughout the entire process. From our very first conversation, he was professional, respectful, responsive, and transparent. He promptly answered every question I had, provided detailed information on the vehicle, and never pressured me into making a decision. Even though I was an out-of-state customer, he treated me as if I were standing right there in the showroom. The only reason I didn't purchase from Eide Ford Lincoln was because my wife and I found a comparable Yukon much closer to home. The decision had nothing to do with Jeremy or the dealership. Shout out to Rick. He had the car I wanted for my wife. The finance manger did what they do and kept trying to squeeze in all these extras I kept denying. In the end after calling Rick and the manager I got them removed. Had to get the contact fixed a few times. This is why people dislike dealerships. In then end Rick made it right and even found the 2nd key and shipped it to my house. Watch out for the finance department and double check the contract before signing. 5 stars for Rick!
