Fleet and diesel shop manager Tristan kost saved the day. I developed a fuel leak at the secondary filter under the hood while delivering a load to North Dakota from Alabama. The guys got me in and out without a leak in less than 15 minutes. Just a big thank you guys my f250 is running like a champ and no leaks. You saved me lots of down time and fuel cost. We were traveling and experienced an engine light issue. We called you folks and got an appointment with your Diesel department. Tristan was able to diagnose my F350 quickly and complete treatment quickly and sent us on our way. I am sorry but I can’t remember the tech’s name -Brandon? But he was great. He explained the situation to me so I could understand. He and Tristan were great. A super unexpected encounter. I give both those fellows high praise for their time and talent.
