We are from out of town and Ford and in particular Steve gave us great service. They looked at the car as soon as they could. We had to return to Bismarck to get the car but only a week later. Excellent work and people here .

I was having an issue with my car running poorly. I talked to Skyler who was unable to get me an appointment until 9/20. He told me to stop by to troubleshoot to check if it was safe to drive. I stopped by after work. Steve quickly had someone drive and assess the car. After a short time they informed me of the issue and were able to make the repairs for me immediately. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication. I was so impressed by my experience today. Thank you Eide team!
