Took car in for oil change and a recall , staff kept me updated during the whole process, they always ask if I have any questions and takes the time to answer and explain.

I was worried this sale would be weird and uncomfortable being an entirely internet car deal, but Ryan O at Eide Ford Lincoln was great! He helped me through the whole process through text. Sent pictures of the dings. Got me to who I needed to talk to for financing through USAA and when I got there this morning (Saturday) it was hand shake, three signatures, keys, car and final hand shake and I was gone. I was in there for maybe 10 minutes with no anxiety and the car was perfect for the price. It may sound loaded but that's how it went down from a retired veteran that lives in Minot. Just a super easy buying experience. Both Ryan and Mike were amazing and knowledgeable. I think what I appreciate the most is that when I was looking for a car they reached out and took care of me right away instead of waiting an afternoon or a day or two to reach out.
