Robert Thompson very helpful and willing to make accommodations for my wife and I. We live 2 and 1/2 hours away from the dealership and they took steps to make sure that the pick up we were interested in was held for us till we got there and stayed way past normal business hours to help us complete our deal.

When it was time to trade in our truck we drove a couple hours to Eide Ford in Bismarck for their variety of used F150's with the Coyote 5.0 engine. I knew I'd know my new truck once I'd see it. And they did not disappoint! Devin Moser listened to what I wanted and got a feel for my style and suggested the truck we ended up purchasing! With only pictures to go off of, due to the fact the truck was at the detail shop, we put a hold on it and drove back the next day to do paperwork! I knew it was the one before physically seeing or test driving it.... and it is EVERYTHING I desired and MORE! THANK YOU Devin! Robert was amazing! He communicated with us on what was available since we were coming in from out of town. He went the extra mile. The financing team was excellent as well. It was definitely worth the drive! We will definitely buy Eide again.
