Lito Pajimula

I wanted to make sure a service writer got some well deserved recognition for his excellent approach to customer service and making sure customers want to come back to Eide Ford in Bismarck ND. The service writers name is Lito and on the morning of May 20th I came to his service door with no appointment and a vehicle that was missing clips on the drivers side of the splash guard and I asked Lito if he could have someone look at the issue and if it was clips that I could fix myself in the hotel parking lot. He was able to get me in quickly for the inspection and charged me only for the clips and had a tech install in about 5 minutes. Eide Ford did not do the oil change for me which resulted in the missing clips, but all my future car business while in Bismarck will be with them because of Lito!

Pulled in on a Monday morning hauling a travel trailer with a check engine light on and a misfiring cylinder. Steve asked if he could help me. I told him the problem and he said “pull around and I’ll read the codes.” He confirmed the problem and explained the solution but service was booked out two weeks. He spoke to Lito who works the oil change center and they both said to park the travel trailer and they would squeeze us in. Less than hour and we were back on the road. These two gentleman were extremely nice, helpful and willing to get us in and out. I wish to give them both a big thank you. I definitely recommend this service department for auto needs. Eide Ford has two top notch employees in the service area. Thanks again Steve and Lito.
