Always a good experience with these guys. They are so friendly and listen to the questions you may have. Beautiful looking service area and lobby. I have been using Eide Ford and Eide Chrysler for about 14 years now. Jesse and his guys have that place squared away as well as their new dealerships. Love Eide Ford, Chrysler and Kia.
GREAT dealership, sales is awesome, service is awesome and Travis, Deno, Chad, Corey, Jesse S , Rick Hammer and Michele Wishek are extremely friendly and the best of the best!!!! Buy your vehicle at EIDE, you will not be disappointed!
I had to change the type of car from standard to automatic so I got Pre-approved then looked at what was available online. I found 5 vehicles that interested me so I ranked them from most wanted down. Since I knew Jesse Peterson and had experienced how well he was with customers who came in, I contacted him. He put me in contact with Dakota Bray. We set an appointment with Dakota for the day before my surgery. Eide had had the 1st 3 vehicles of interest to us. Dakota made sure I was comfortable then listened to everything we had to say. When we left Eide it was in a Lincoln MKX Reserve thanks in large part to Dakota. We also purchased a 3/36 service contract because Jamie (finance) also listened to what we said, he even found us a better interest rate and made us feel like our business was very important. I am very happy with the purchase as well as respect I was shown by these two. They are a credit to the Eide Team and we highly recommend both of them and the dealership. Dakota has followed up with me several times since the sale. The 1st time was to ensure everything from the surgery went ok. Jesse & Eide can be very proud of this salesman. The only disappointment was the Sales Manager who we felt tried to play a games with us first by inflating the 10 day payoff by $100. He sent Dakota out to deliver this info us with a scripted line. By doing this he almost cost the store the sale as I was ready to walk out but my wife said to give Dakota a chance to take care of it; so we decided if he couldn't or anymore games were played then we would walk out. The never came out of his office to see how Dakota was doing or how the sale was going, He did not seem to care if anything was needed to make the sale. Finally he never even came out of the office to thank us for our purchase after we signed our paperwork and were transferring our personal items.
