I had recently purchased a 2000 Ford Ranger and within a month it no longer started. I had called Eide Ford and scheduled maintenance. Chris advised me that they were back logged, but he would make sure it got looked at in the time frame he gave. When my Truck was looked into they found a Faulty Transceiver and were unable to get a New OEM part. However, Chris has a number of independent people who he could source parts from. Within 3 days the Technicians at Eide replaced my battery, replaced the Transceiver and Programmed Two New Keys!!! Based on my experience with Chris and the Technicians at Eide Ford, I found that when a Promise is Made, It's a Promise Kept!!! As for the costs, I knew this wasn't going to be an inexpensive fix. However, Eide charges a fair price for exceeding my expectations. I will be taking my business to Eide Ford in the future as I feel that I can trust their Supervisors and Technicians with the care and maintenance of my vehicles. Thanks Chris, You're Awesome!!!

Great experience, I had a recall I didn't know much about. Chris B was very helpful in getting the information, scheduling and getting my Vehicle taken care of! Also both curtousy drivers were very nice!

Deeno is a great salesmen he will help you anyway he can, deeno told me about the tax free buy because I belong to a federally recognized tribe. Chris the finance guy got me a deal with the bank he works for you to get you the best deal he doesn't just get you the car he also tries to save you money. Unexpected yet the best experience!! I was looking at vehicles online one night and the very next day I received a call from Andrew. We spoke about the vehicle I was interested in. Even though I wasn't quite ready to purchase he was very convincing and had me at the dealership the next day. We went over some numbers, got my info sent over to financing next thing you know I have a new vehicle!! Andrew was not only great at his job, but he was also a thrill to work with. While travelling across the u.s. we experienced transmission issues. The Ford dealership in Dickinson N.D. was less than helpful and told us 4 weeks before anyone can look at it. Chris at Eide scanned our vehicle and gave us the okay to keep going. Thank you Eide Ford!

Josh is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I traded in 2 vehicles with the purchase of my new truck. Him and Chris made the whole process EXTREMELY easy. Chris took both trade ins I had, which were both leases, one being with BMW and Honda, and I assumed the BMW lease would be hard since we don’t have one in North Dakota, but he made it all possible within 24hrs. The mobile service team was amazing to work with! Chris scheduled my recall and ordered parts to have them ready to go. When Casey arrived to perform the work, he was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions I had and gave options for future service. Thanks to these two great employees. (If only my interactions with the GM had been half this pleasant. But that’s a different one star review.)

I really loved that Chris came out to help with the recall. It was a smooth process after finding the right tool, and it was a good experience. It did take two days to get it done but I haven’t had any problems with the vehicle.
