A big thank you to Chris Bjerklie in Service. With my truck in the shop, he was very prompt with the updates and nothing but kind. I appreciate all of your help!

Went in last year around this time and the service was not the best. This time around it was GREAT!!! The "service traction light" had been on for a while. Getting an appointment was smooth and I didnt have to wait months. Chris, in the service department took great care of me. I dropped my car off, he called within a couple of hours to let me know the issue and the cost. From the drop off time to repair time only took a few hours. The cost to repair was within budget and the customer service was a 10/10. Thanks Chris for making this experience so much better than the last!!! You rock!!! Ill be asking for YOU everytime I come!!!

Chris Bjerklie (service advisor) and Tyler (ServiceTechnician) were the BEST! Their customer service was outstanding when my wife and I were stranded 500 miles from home. They got us back on the road in a couple of hours. Those 2 are the reason I will continue to buy Ford vehicles!

Great experience, I had a recall I didn't know much about. Again Chris B and John wetevery helpful in getting the information, scheduling and getting my Vehicle taken care of! Also all curtousy drivers were very nice! Love the pick up and drop off option!

Robert has been amazing to work with. I just got my second car and immediately knew I wanted to work with Robert. While we were waiting, Robert put the WNBA playoffs for us - my fiancé and I were very appreciative of that. It was also my second time working with Chris as well, he was super nice and great to work with as well.
