My husband was not able to be at the dealership, so between Ben S and Ben M and several phone calls he was able to get the information he needed so we could finalize the deal. I bought my first car through Eide Ford! My car had blown a head gasket on the engine Friday and my dad said it was time for a new car. I went to Eide Ford on Saturday and met Ben Sandstrom (who was referred to me by a friend). Ben was super patient with me since it was my first time buying a car and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. When I went back on Monday to finalize the purchase, Ben was nice, understanding, patient, and funny. He made my first car purchase an enjoyable experience. He was even kind enough to answer my dad’s questions about the car and the purchase process. Ben and Chris (finance guy) helped me choose the best finance option with the lowest monthly rate. They both explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable, and put my anxieties at ease.
