Since 2010, I have purchased six vehicles from Eide Ford Lincoln, and I can say without reservation that they are the best dealership I have ever done business with. The purchase process from start to finish has consistently gone without any issues, and I have never walked away feeling like I did not get the best deal possible. Moreover, their customer service at times has gone above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. I have purchased new vehicles off the lot, custom-ordered a couple of trucks, and even bought one used vehicle from them. The same holds true for their vehicle service department. Admittedly, I have not exclusively bought from Eide Ford Lincoln over the past 16 years; I once switched brands before returning to Ford, and I regrettably purchased one Ford truck from the competition. It was a momentary lack of judgment, and in retrospect, I regretted it. As long as I remain in ND or nearby, I will never deal with another Ford dealership, except Eide Ford Lincoln. Eide, Salesman Robert Thompson, and Josh in Finance provided excellent customer service. This was a remote purchase, handled all over the phone and by email. Robert answered countless questions to set my mind at ease about the car's condition without seeing it firsthand and Josh had the electronic paperwork flowing flawlessly.
