Meet the New Eide Ford Pro Shop Manager: Tim Stinehart

When starting a new job, it usually takes at least a few months to get the hang of things.
In the four short months that Tim Stinehart has been at the Eide Ford dealership, he’s not just survived, but thrived in his new role as Eide’s Pro Shop Manager. It’s clear that Tim knows what he’s doing, but more important – he actually enjoys what he’s doing for his customers and coworkers.

Meet Tim
Q: How long have you been on the Eide Ford team?
After working at another area dealership for more than 20 years, I made the transition to Eide Ford in May 2019. I wish I would have made the move sooner!
Q: What do you do at Eide Ford?
I serve as the Pro Shop manager here at Eide Ford. In this role, I help customers decide which accessories to add to their vehicle in order to enhance their driving experience.
Some of our most popular accessory requests include spray-on bedliners, box covers, bed flaps, and floor liners.
Q: What do you like about working at Eide Ford?
I love helping customers dress up their vehicles. It makes their experience in a car, truck, or SUV more enjoyable.
I also get along with the Eide leadership team and my coworkers. It’s a great place to work!
Q: Why is Eide Ford different from other Bismarck dealerships?
I believe the dealership’s management and leadership style places Eide above the competition.
I always feel supported in my role by my coworkers and the Eide Ford leadership team. They let you have freedom and don’t micromanage their employees.
Q: What’s your favorite vehicle on the Eide lot?
You can’t go wrong with the new Ford F-150. They’re pretty fun to accessorize, too!
Q: How do you spend your free time?
When I’m away from the store, I love to hunt deer and pheasant, as well as ice fish.
Q: What do you believe it takes to succeed at Eide Ford?
I believe in over exceeding yourself. Do what you can to help out and figure out a way to get the job done right.
