Meet our new Business Manager, Caden Evanson!

We are excited to welcome Caden Evanson to our Business Office at Eide Ford! 

Caden joined our team in July 2024 as a Sales Consultant, and was promoted to Business Manager in October 2025. 

After over a year of selling, Caden has learned several things that help him as he moves into his new position. “I really enjoy building rapport with our customers, being face to face with them and getting to know them, to better understand their needs and help them find the right vehicle. Now, I can take that skill and use it to help our customers finance their vehicle and take it home with them.”

“I really enjoy learning the business side of the dealership. I have a better understanding of how things work and why we do what we do, and this helps me be better equipped to help our customers in new ways.”

“I am excited to continue to grow into my position, and learn and grow everyday,” Caden says. “It has been fun to adapt and try to overcome what comes my way the best I can every day. This position allows me to continue to grow both personally and professionally; it was one of my goals to become a business manager, and now that I have, I am excited for the continuous growth that is ahead of me at Eide.”

“I really enjoy working here at Eide Ford Lincoln. We have a younger sales staff, and I am friends with several people here, making coming to work easy and fun. It is also a high energy environment. Everyone is motivated and wants to succeed, and see each other succeed as well.”

“I would like to say a special thank you to my brother, Cody,” says Caden. Cody has been with the Eide Automotive Group since 2019, and is now the Director of Training and Development. “He encouraged me to start my career at Eide Ford Lincoln. He has given me a lot of advice through my whole journey, both to grow at Eide but also personally. I am very thankful for everything he has done for me.”

“Caden learned a lot in a short amount of time, and has a good understanding of the automotive industry and the way we do things at Eide Ford, which gained him a lot of respect from everyone he works with,” says Mike Wishek, General Sales Manager. “He is going to do great things in the finance department, and we expect him to excel in the same way he did in sales. We are excited to see Caden grow in his new role!”

In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife, workout, and play video games. He and his wife are also foster parents for Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue!
