Meet Eide Ford’s newest member of the Sales Leadership team: Ben Mayher, New Car Manager!

We are excited to announce a new change in leadership within our sales management team! 

Ben started at Eide Ford as a salesman in 2016, and moved into finance in 2019. After 4 years as a business manager, he became the Finance Director in 2022, and this month he became our New Car Manager! 

“Every day is different,” says Ben. “It presents new opportunities and situations that you may have never run into, which brings about learning new things everyday. The growth I have seen in myself and in our individual team members is incredible.”

“The work environment at Eide Ford is something unlike anywhere else. It’s fun and fast paced, so you’re always on your toes. We have been able to create a good team atmosphere, and we all look forward to seeing our team mates succeed and grow everyday,” Ben says. 

What Ben is most excited about in his new position is his new job duties and responsibilities, as well as learning the front-end of the automotive industry, and the processes that go into it. 

“Ben has always been an attention to detail guy,” says Jesse Schuchard, General Manager at Eide Ford. “His hyper focus as the finance director and dealing with numbers perfectly translates into the new car manager role. So far, he’s helped to create a new path forward in this department to continue to help this organization grow. I am excited to see the many good things he will be able to accomplish in his new role.” 

In his spare time, he likes to play softball, golf, go hunting, and spend time with his family. 

“I am extremely thankful for the opportunities that Eide has given me. I have been able to build a career here, and grow both professionally and personally. And our team here is a family; even when we are busy, we are always able to have fun together.”
