Meet Eide Ford's March Employee of the Month: Traci Peterson

Our employee of the month for March is Traci Peterson!

From 2012-2017, Traci was a parts advisor here at Eide Ford, rejoined us in September 2021 as a service lane coordinator, and is now a service advisor!

Her job responsibilities include answering service phone calls, checking in customers, and making sure vehicles are dispatched properly.

Traci has been working with cars for 16 years, and likes working at Eide Ford because she gets to interact with customers and spend time with her coworkers. 

“Eide Ford is a unique place to work because although there is diversity between each one of the departments, they work together perfectly in order for the whole company to move smoothly and efficiently at all times.”

Traci is very quick witted, and is also very knowledgeable of the service process, which allows her to answer any question quickly and efficiently. 

When asked what it takes to be the employee of the month, Traci said this: “One must go above and beyond to serve the customer and in whatever is asked of them, step out of your box, and do all that is asked of you to the best of your ability and with a good attitude.”

In her spare time, Traci enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and going camping.

“Traci is a valuable part of our service team,and is extremely capable of performing many roles in our service lane. We are very thankful she has rejoined our Eide family this last year,” says Chad Myrvik, the service manager at Eide Ford.
