Meet Eide Ford's Employee of the Month for January 2022: Sundae Red Bird!

Our employee of the month for January 2022 is Sundae Red Bird!

Sundae is our full time receptionist, and has been with us since May 2021. As the full-time receptionist, she is the go to person for Eide Ford, answering phone calls, delivering messages, and taking stress off of others, helping everything run smoothly.

“Sundae has filled in quite a bit when needed,” says Jesse Schuchard, our general manager. “She is the type of person who is always willing to put in the extra time, and she really displays the ethics that Eide is looking for in our employees.”

Sundae has many strengths that help her to do her job efficiently. She is very focused, and gets her tasks done quickly, and she is very dedicated. She is also a big people-person, which helps her to work well with customers and staff. 

“At Eide Ford, it feels like you are a part of a family,” says Sundae. “It is unique, because your hard work is noticed, and they always let you know that they appreciate you.”

 What she enjoys most about working at Eide Ford is working in a fun and healthy environment with her co-workers. 

In her spare time, Sundae loves to spend time with her children.

Sundae is a very selfless person. Corey Rennich, our general sales manager, says “she is very good with our customers, and is always willing to help. We are very appreciative of everything she has done for Eide Ford.”
