Yep, that’s right! Of nearly 200 Ford dealers in the Twin Cities region, Eide Ford in Bismarck finished out November at number five for sales volume in 2019.
With a couple of weeks left in 2019, we’re calling on our small-town, North Dakota drivers to help us finish out the year in the top five.
“The highest we have ever placed is 7th, and we’d love to get as many sales as possible to hit our new store record,” says Sabrina Holwegner, New Car Sales Manager.
Sabrina explains that this Ford dealership region is very wide, and includes many large Minneapolis-area dealerships that cater to a very saturated population.
“It’s hard for our market to obtain that same number of sales as those larger dealerships,” Sabrina says. “The fact that we are in the running to end the year in 5th place is a pretty big deal.”
While huge Ford dealerships in metro areas can rely on a large population to hit impressive sales numbers, small-town dealers like Eide Ford depend on something more valuable — referrals and repeat customers.
“Because our customer service is so great, people come back,” Sabrina says. “We don’t rely on the peaks and valleys of the economy here in Bismarck. Instead, we take care of our own client base, and we rely on their repeat business and their friends and family through word-of-mouth.”

“Last year when we finished 7th, we were just within 10 sales of 6th place,” Sabrina says. “Every sale matters!”
