Happy Retirement Ricky! Thank you for 30 years.

This May marks Ricky Link’s 30th year at Eide Ford, and we couldn’t be more thankful for all he’s done for the Eide organization. Although he will be greatly missed, we are excited that Ricky will be able to retire this May! 

Ricky started in the automotive industry in 1986, and joined the Eide family in 1993. He started as a Sales Consultant, but also held the positions of Internet Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Used Car Manager. 

“I am incredibly thankful to Eide Ford for the opportunity to build my career here, and for all of the friends I have been able to make along the way. Eide Ford has been a great place to work, and each day brought new excitements. We are one big family, and I am thankful for everything.”

Having been within management for 24 years, Ricky has had to learn and adapt a lot. “Technology has advanced a lot, and cars are better and safer now. It is a fun change to see and be a part of.”

“Ricky has an incredible work ethic, and sets the bar very high,” says Jesse Schuchard, General Manager at Eide Ford. “He has earned a lot of respect from his peers, and we are certainly going to miss him.”

Ricky is excited for retirement so that he can spend more time golfing, boating, fishing, and spending time with his family. 

Thank you Ricky, for all you have done to help Eide Ford grow into the dealership it is today. From everyone at the Eide Organization, we would like to wish you a very happy retirement!
