Ford Wins Most Innovative Recognition from Fast Company | Ford Dealers in Bismarck

New F-150 design earning praise from business media

Fast Company, a leading business magazine and media brand, recently recognized Ford Motor Company in its list of "The World's Most Innovative Companies" in February. The recognition is credited to the all-new 2015 F-150.

“Ford is disrupting three industries—steel, aluminum and automotive—for the makeover of its F-150 pickup truck,” said the Fast Company staff in the roundup article.

The new F-150 uses high-strength, military-grade aluminum for body panels, which saves up to 700 lbs. off of the overall weight of the truck. 

Fast Company publishes the "Most Innovative" list every year to recognize “leading enterprises and rising newcomers that exemplify the best in business and innovation.”

Fast Company's recognition helps prove the significance of Ford President and CEO Mark Fields’ mission to “Drive innovation in every part of our business."

Back in 2013, Fast Company recognized Sheryl Connelly of the global consumer trends and futuring division of Ford Motor Company on its list of the Top 100 Most Creative People in Business.
