Our team takes pride in providing exceptional service to everyone who visits our dealership here in Bismarck. The word "service" means several things to us. It's one thing to change oil in someone's truck, but it's another thing to keep them coming back.
Last month, our Parts Advisor Traci Jones embodied the type of service for which Eide Ford Lincoln is known. If you had your vehicle repaired at our store recently, there's a good chance that Traci was involved in ordering the parts for it.
"She is great and I enjoy working with her," said Traci's supervisor, Parts Manager Tim Kreitel. "I think she definitely deserves the recognition. When Eide opened the new Chrysler store in December, Traci spent quite a bit of time over there helping their new parts department get set up – and that was while she was also doing her other duties back here at Eide Ford. She's a good person to have around."
"She does a great job and is always willing to lend a helping hand," said Service Department Manager Ryan Else. "Any time I need a part, Traci is the one that I go to. Even if the part is on backorder or if I can't seem to find it, she won't give up until she has an answer for me."

Eide Ford's Employee of the Month for January 2017
How long have you worked for Eide Ford Lincoln?
Traci: I've been here for two and a half years now.
What do you like about working at Eide Ford?
Traci: The people. Everyone I work with is fun to be around. It's an upbeat atmosphere.
What does a typical day look like for you in your department?
Traci: I'm a Parts Advisor, and I am responsible for helping people at the front counter here in the store. A lot of my day is helping customers who walk in and ask for parts, and I track down parts for our Service Department. I also help with parts for warranty work and run body shop estimates. It's a busy job but I love it.
What do you like about working at Eide Ford?
Traci: I would say that, compared to other places, we're left alone to do our jobs. There's no micromanagement, and we all work well together. Our team gets along well and we help each other and also help other departments out when needed. Our Parts Deparment is kind of at the center of it all.
How do you spend your free time?
Traci: My husband and I have four kids [3 boys and 1 girl] and we like to go camping and fishing on the Missouri River and up at Lake Sakakawea.
Who would you like to thank for this award?
Traci: I'd like to thank my family for being so supportive of me, becuase I sometimes work long hours in this job.
