Employee of the Month: Taylor Pennington, Auto Body Technician

When something goes wrong, you need trustworthy people to fix it. At Eide Ford Lincoln, our goal is to be there for you during your whole life as a driver. 

In our Collision Center, we provide excellent repair work and peace-of-mind to every customer who brings us a damaged vehicle.

We do that by working on all makes and models, by providing free estimates, and working with virtually all brands of insurance. We also make sure everyone on the team can step in and help out - like our May Employee of the Month, Auto Body Technician Taylor Pennington.

In his two years on the Eide Ford team, Taylor has enjoyed learning about the auto body process.

"It's a good feeling to help people get their vehicles back to pre-accident condition," said Taylor. "It's a great place to work, and we have a great team."

Taylor's supervisor, Body Shop Supervisor Mark Schmidt agrees.

"[Taylor] is a hard worker, and it's nice to have reliable people like him around," said Mark. "I had been out for medical reasons last month, and Taylor stepped in and kept things running smooth for us."

Eide Ford's Employee of the Month for May 2017

What do you like about your job at Eide Ford?

Taylor: I like helping people get their cars back to new - or at least back to pre-accident condition.

What makes Eide a great place to get car or truck repair in Bismarck?

Taylor: We're here to do the best service that we can. Whether it's repair estimates or claims or repairs, we treat our customers with respect. We work on giving them the absolute best treatment while they're here. 

What should people know if they are in an accident and/or need repairs done on their vehicles?

Taylor: Our body shop works not only on just Fords but also on all makes and models of vehicles. Our staff is trained to take care of customers every step of the way so they can get their cars back to normal with no problem.

Who would you like to thank for this award? 

Taylor: I want to thank my supervisor Mark Schmidt for recognizing me and the rest of the team for our work. I also want to thank LaMonte Mikesh too.
