Tenure with Eide Ford Lincoln: 16 years

What she does: As a Receptionist at Eide Ford, Marva's job is to greet customers in person and on the phone as they seek vehicles, service or parts. She's answering phones, directing customers to the people or departments they need, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the sales showroom and waiting area.

What she enjoys about working at Eide Ford: I would say that the people are what keep me around. It's a great dealership to work for, and they really know how to take care of their employees and customers. 

Why she buys her vehicles at Eide Ford: Our staff takes care of people, and the treat everyone fairly. It's a family-friendly place and they treat their customers like family too. Whether you're looking for service, parts or vehicles, the staff will take care of you. 

What she drives: I drive a 2014 Ford Fusion, and I love it. It handles great and it's easy to get in and out of traffic here in Bismarck.
