We're thrilled to have Lee Wilson as one of our team members, and proud that he's the employee of the month for December!

Parts manager, Tim Kreitel, says Lee was nominated because he's always willing to lend a hand.
"He doesn’t just do work for our department. He’s willing to help everyone in the dealership, with whatever problems they’ve got." Tim says that although he's newer to the team, he's doing really great so far. "He’s a go-getter, he hits the ground running and he just keeps going."

Eide Fords Employee of the Month for December 2018
Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
I’ve been here just about 8 months now.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
I work the back counter, usually I take care of the techs when they come in with their needs or quotes. I get their quotes and they call the customers to share how much the parts are going to cost.
If the quote gets approved, I order the parts, pull them from the stock room, and check on the vehicle’s VIN to make sure we're getting the correct parts ordered and getting them to the tech or the customers on time.
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
Working with all of my co-workers here. It’s a very fun and lighthearted atmosphere! Everybody’s fun to work with, and I haven’t met anyone I can’t get along with.

Q: What do you drive and what's your dream vehicle?
Q: What do you do in your free time?
I like to mess around with restoring old cars and spend some time with the family. I also enjoy fishing and hunting.
Q: Why is Eide Ford a great place to do business?
I think it’s a lot of honest employees, and they’ll treat you fairly and take care of any problems or issues you may have with your vehicle. I’m really glad I got the opportunity to work here with this company. I hope to prosper in the company and also help the company prosper!
