Eide Ford's Employee of the Month: Kim Faller

Kim Faller might not be a name you've heard before at Eide Ford Lincoln in Bismarck, but she and the other administrative service team members are instrumental to getting you exactly what you're after.

In fact, last month there was so much going on upstairs that we don't think we could have made it through without Kim's help, and that's why she's our August employee of the month.

Bringing the Vehicles you Need to Eide Ford's Lot

"She was actually nominated for employee of the month from outside the department," controller Sheldon Kauk says. "She was nominated by the sales manager for assisting with an extremely large amount of trade paperwork."

When a customer wants a certain vehicle, Kim helps us to hunt it down and get it to Bismarck.

"We did a ton of them last month," she says.

Kim tackles dealer trades, accounting, monthly reserves, and flooring vehicles, while making sure information is up to date on new vehicles as they come in. She has a hand in just about everything except the title work.

Kim's only been with us since January, but she's quickly become a go-to for questions upstairs.

She came onboard at Eide Ford with auto industry experience from several years back, and has been a Bismarck resident for 8 years.

"Kim is a very professional employee, and she is always available to assist with others," Kauk says. "She's a joy to work with."

Q: What do you like about working at Eide Ford?

Working with a great bunch of people in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Q: Why is Eide Ford different from other Bismarck dealerships?

It's a down-to-earth atmosphere with people who keep it casual and are easy to talk to... A relaxed atmosphere where the staff care about the people coming through the door, and are always willing to help.

Q: How do you spend your free time?

I spend time with family. (Kim is married with three kids.)
