Tenure with Eide Ford Lincoln: 3.5 years

What he does at Eide Ford: As a Sales Consultant, Joe learns about customers' needs and helps them find the perfect vehicle. Joe sells all types of vehicles from Eide Ford's location on the Expressway. 

What do you like about working at Eide Ford? "The company is really great. This is the 4th job I've had in my whole life, and it's really a great place to work. Our team is really supportive of each other and everyone has your back. I also enjoy meeting new people here. I talk to lots of customers and team members every day here and no two days are the same. I really look forward to going to work every day."

How is Eide Ford Lincoln different than other car dealerships? "Everyone here is trained to deliver exceptional customers service. When you walk in the front door, everyone you'll meet is ready to help, and if they can't help you themselves, they'll find the right person. We have a good team spirit, and it's a really helpful environment." 

How do you spend your free time? "I live in Bismarck with my wife, and we have three daughters and two granddaughters, so I like to spend a lot of time with them. My wife and I enjoy the 'river life' here and we like to travel, too."
