After 23 years working with us in Bismarck, last month was Ardeen "Deno" Muller's best November of sales.
It's fun to break personal records, but Deno says the credit goes to his customers. And that's what we like to hear, because as Deno demonstrated as our salesman of the month, Eide Ford Lincoln is all about serving you.
Deno sold 32 vehicles in November to net his best turkey month in over two decades with Eide. His all-time best month was a couple years back when he hit 35.
What do you like about working at Eide Ford?
Deno: I like taking care of people when they have problems and being able to help find solutions.
What's the most important thing a salesperson can do?
Deno: Get the customer in front of the right person to help. We have an entire team, so it's vital to figure out who is best equipped to give folks the information they need.
What's the best part of your job?
Deno: Watching the reaction of someone that just bought a new car - Just seeing the excitement that they show you once they made their choice.
Why is Eide Ford different from other Bismarck dealerships?
Deno: We have a lot of caring people here - not just before, during, or after the sale but all the way through. Taking care of the customer is our top priority.
What is your favorite vehicle to sell?
Deno: Ford F-150s.
How do you spend your free time?
Deno: I enjoy golf, hunting, basketball, softball, and spending time with my wife. We like to travel.

Deno: I’d like to thank all the managers and all the people that help make the sale possible. I want to thank my wife for putting up with long hours. And I'm entirely grateful to my great customers, of course.
