How long have you been working for Eide Ford Lincoln? I've been in this role for 2 years.
What do you do at Eide Ford? As a Service Advisor, I help customers find the best solutions for their vehicle maintenance needs. In this role, I not only keep track of orders, but I also get to show customers their most cost-effective options.
What do you like about working at Eide Ford? For me it's all about the people. I get to see a lot of customers in a day and it feels good to help them find the best solutions for their situations.
Why is Eide Ford different from other auto service shops in Bismarck? It's a family-run dealership and our team works together very well to help our customers in the best way possible. Our team has four experienced Service Advisors and certified technicians who are ready to serve all makes and models. We also have a great place to work. Our store had a big update in 2015, and we now have a quieter, more spacious service area to work in.
You've worked in the automotive industry your whole life. What does it take to provide good service? For me, it's all about quality and honesty. We have good rapport with our customers and we're always straightforward about things. Our team knows how to provide the best maintenance value, and we always recommend the best solutions.
What do you do in your free time? I live here in Bismarck, and I like to spend time with family. I have two kids and one grandkid. I also like to fish and hunt.
