Employee of the Month: Casey Schon, Service Technician at Eide Ford Lincoln

Eide Ford's Employee of the Month for June 2016

How long have you been working for Eide Ford Lincoln? 

Casey: I've been here for 4.5 years.

What do you like about working at Eide Ford?

Casey: It's a great place to work because they treat us really dang well here. I get to work on all sorts of vehicles, so I enjoy the variety.

What's the best part of your job? 

Casey: We have a great team here, and we all work hard for the customer. I really enjoy helping people out and getting people back on the road. 

Why is Eide Ford different from other dealerships in Bismarck? 

Casey: We're the Ford experts in Bismarck, and we have a certified staff of technicians who work on primarily Ford vehicles, so we really know what we're doing.

What is your favorite vehicle to work on?

Casey: I enjoy working on Super Duty trucks – especially their suspension systems. I think my next truck will probably be a Super Duty. 

How do you spend your free time? 

Casey: I spend most of my free time camping, deer hunting, pheasant hunting, and riding four wheeler.  

Who would you like to thank for this award? 

Casey: I'd like to thank the managers here for nominating me for this award. This is my third time being employee of the month and it feels great.

It doesn’t matter if it is a customer or co-worker, Casey is always looking for a way to help and is not afraid to go the extra mile to make someone happy. He is the first technician at work every day and has not missed a scheduled day of work that I can remember. He is very dependable. I am glad to see he earned this award."
