Eide Ford's Employee of the Month: Kim Faller

Each month at Eide Ford, we select one team member as Employee of the Month. This is someone who goes out of their way to do something that not many others are willing to do, is always looking out for the entire team and all customers, and embodies the Eide Philosophy.

Kim Faller works behind the scenes in the Eide Ford office, and she is our Employee of the Month for May 2018! 

Dedicated to the Role

Kim's supervisor Sheldon Kauk is the Controller in the office, and he says that Kim was selected as Employee of the Month because of her commitment to her role. 

"Kim's role in the office was recently expanded to include the processing of car deals and at the same time, since she hadn't done that before, we changed the way in which we were processing in order to streamline everything," Sheldon says. "Because of her dedication, she figured out how to get that process done in a short period of time."

How long have you been at Eide Ford?

I started January 2nd, 2017 – so almost a year and a half as of now.

What's your favorite part of coming to work each day?

I look forward to my job because I get to work with so many great people here at the dealership.

What's your day-to-day look like at work?

When I get here, I process the car deals that have gone through and do the paperwork after someone has purchased a vehicle. So, I finalize that part of the sale. 

How do you spend your free time?

 I enjoy spending time with my family and children.
