Many of the “behind the scenes” employees at Eide Ford are often unknown to customers, but they are extremely important for keeping the Eide car-buying process efficient and enjoyable.
Hard work and dedication to her job has made one of these “behind the scenes” employees, Employee of the Month at Eide Ford (for the fourth time)!
Read on and get to know Kim Faller:
Q: How long have you been on the Eide Ford team and how has your position evolved?
I’ve worked at Eide Ford for almost three years. When I first started at the dealership, I worked on adjusting schedules, entering invoices, and processing dealer trades.
Now, the main part of my job is processing car deals after a customer has decided to purchase a vehicle and has met with financing. I enter the deals in our accounting system to make sure everything matches up. I also do a lot of “little” jobs to help pick up the slack while other employees are out of the office.
Q: What do you like about working at Eide Ford?
Every day is always different with different situations that require unique solutions.
Q: Why is Eide Ford different from other Bismarck dealerships?
Eide Ford’s customer service is next to none. We have a bunch of great employees who care and want what’s best for the customer.
Q: How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy being outside and just chilling around the house with my husband and three children.
Q: What’s it take to be Employee of the Month at Eide?
I believe to be Employee of the Month at Eide Ford, you need to be dedicated to your job and to your coworkers. It also helps to do the little things and to go above and beyond in everything you do!
Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share?
It’s been a great three years at Eide. I love my job and it’s a great place to work!
