Internet Sales Consultant Jason Bjorndahl is our Employee of the Month for August 2018!
One of the important pieces of the Eide Philosophy is to make the car buying experience simple, fast, and fun.
Jesse Schuchard, the General Sales Manager at Eide Ford, says that Jason was nominated because he's willing to step up and do whatever it takes to get the job done well.
"Jason sold 30 cars last month, which is a pretty remarkable feat," said Jesse. "It takes the ability to find the correct vehicle for your customer as well as guiding them through the process of buying a car very efficiently."
Jesse also appreciates Jason's personable approach at Eide Ford.
"His customers appreciate his honest forward approach," noted Jesse. "You can tell he’s a very driven individual and very easy to get along with."

Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
I've been here since October of 2017.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
Our internet sales team spends any given day helping everyone who contacts our dealership via eideford.com.
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
Helping customers in a variety of situations. For example, I had a previous customer who recently totaled their car, and they were trying to find something in a reasonable range to get back on the road. It feels good to help out in those situations.
Q: What do you drive and what's your dream vehicle?
My dream vehicle is a new F-150. I currently drive a Focus which gets really great mileage. It costs about $32 to fill, and I can drive it all month.
Q: What do you do in your free time?
I don't have much free time, but when I am away from work, I like to hunt and fish. I spend a lot of time with my four kids (who are 10, 3, 2, and 6 months old).
Q: Why is Eide Ford a great place to do business?
We try to list everything at a reasonable price. We don't over-inflate prices to mess with trades. We show everything on paper – the whole process. We use Kelly Blue book trade values, and we don't hide paperwork from our customers.
