Eide Ford Softball Team Having Strong Season in Mandan League

If you head over to the softball diamonds in Mandan on Wednesday nights this summer, you'll see our softball team in action.

The dealership's inaugural men's league team is made up of both sales and service employees, plus a few extras. The team plays in the Mandan Softball Association and currently holds third place in the "lower" men's division with a record of 9-5. 

"We've got a great group of guys," said Internet Sales Specialist Don Pask. "We've managed to coordinate around our work schedules to string a team together every week, and we've had a fun season so far. It's great to spend some time with each other outside of the dealership."

The team, which recently competed in the 40th Annual McQuade Softball Tournament, has enjoyed support from fellow Eide Ford employees. 

"We didn't do as well as we would have liked to [in the tournament], but it's always great to have our coworkers in the stands," said Don. "The store has a great sense of comeraderie, and it really shows in the stands and on the field on Wednesday nights."

The team's next game is tonight at 6:30 at the softball complex on 3rd St SW in Mandan. Everyone is invited to come and cheer them on!
