Eide Ford Helps Bismarck Children with Toys for Tots Donation

This holiday season could use some extra cheer, especially for Bismarck-Mandan area children.
Eide Ford, Eide Chrysler, Mattress Firm, and other area businesses recently teamed up with Santa Claus to bring joy to children throughout our community with the Toys for Tots donation program!
An Opportunity to Give Back to the Bismarck-Mandan Community
On December 18, members of the Eide Ford and Eide Chrysler team and other businesses took a trip to Target with a goal of cleaning out their toy and board game inventory. (Don’t worry, we left a few items on the shelves for all you last minute shoppers!)
We made our way to the checkout line and paid for our overflowing shopping carts. From here we filled up a few Eide Ford trucks and made our way to the distribution center to organize the toys so that they’re ready to hand out and put a smile on a child’s face.
All together Eide Ford and other sponsors gave a donation of over $20,000 in toys!
“We all felt this was a good opportunity to help the children of Bismarck-Mandan have a better Christmas. It’s been a tough year and we hope that this will help families in need,” said Jesse Peterson, President and General Manager of Eide Ford and Eide Chrysler.
Last year, The Bismarck-Mandan Toys for Tots program was able to distribute more than 10,000 toys to area children, and we’re hopeful we’ll be able to beat that in 2020!
Toys for Tots is a program our dealership loves to support every year, along with many others! We value community involvement and encourage all of our employees to volunteer and help give back in some way throughout the year, not just during the holiday season.
