Knowing the sales and financing side of the car-buying process can be a challenge for anyone. Longtime Eide Ford employee, Chris Hill, is excited for a new challenge as he makes the move from the sales department to the finance and insurance department at Eide.

Q. How long have you been at Eide Ford?
Almost 7 years.
Q. How long have you been working in your new role? Did you always want to move to this department?
I’ve been working in the finance department for a little over two weeks. Financing is the next step in the vehicle sales process after a customer decides they want to purchase a vehicle. Joining the Eide finance department seemed like the natural next step in my career.
Q. What do you like most about working in the finance and insurance department at Eide Ford?
Finance is fun, but it can be a puzzle. Working in the finance department involves taking different pieces of something and making it fit together. I’m looking forward to learning more in this new role!
Q. Is there something car shoppers should know about your department?
A lot of customers have questions about car financing but are too afraid to ask them. My biggest advice is to ask all your questions and express your concerns to us; that way we can know how to best help you!

Q. What do you like doing in your spare time?
I love to travel and spend time outdoors whenever possible. I like visiting the mountains and walking the trails.
