Own an Award Winner: The 2015 F-150 Now for Sale in Bismarck

The all-new F-150 has won the North American Truck of the Year award. The news came Monday from the Detroit Auto Show, after the truck was selected by an independent jury of 57 North American automotive journalists. 

The Ford F-150 won out over the 2015 Chevrolet Colorado with 297 votes, while the Colorado received just 205. 

Auto industry analysts are saying that the F-150 won over reviewers because of its new eco-friendly design which brings the F-150's full-size truck segment closer to the future. The F-150 is the first standard-duty truck to have an aluminum body (as opposed to sheet steel) which cuts about 700 lbs. off of the previous design. Although the truck is lighter, this gives the F-150 better mileage and bigger towing and payload capability. 

According to people who have already test driven the truck at our store here in Bismarck, the truck has a more sporty, nimble feel than most full-size trucks.
