APRIL Salesman of the Month: Dave Boehm

Eide Ford Lincoln's April 2016 Salesman of the Month is Dave Boehm. This is Dave's first time winning the monthly award, and the entire team at Eide Ford Lincoln would like to congratulate him on the achievement.

The Salesman of the Month and Salesman of the Year awards are based on three criteria:

1. New Ford and Lincoln vehicle sales
2. Pre-owned vehicle sales
3. Quality Committment Program (QCP) ratings from customers

Essentially what this means is that Dave is very good at serving people and keeping people happy here in Bismarck. He has been a valuable part of the Eide Ford Lincoln team for the last 7 years. 

You've been with Eide Ford Lincoln for 7 years now, what keeps you around?

It's really a great thing to come to work and help so many people out every day. It's a fast paced environment, but it's really a pleasure to serve people in this role.

What would you say is your specialty here at Eide Ford Lincoln? 

As part of the Internet Sales Team here, I'm responsible for helping people who interact with Eide Ford online as well as in-person here on the Expressway. I get to serve people across all brands and models, but if I were to pick one, I'd have to say that the new Ford F-150 is the most popular vehicle I sell. 

What makes Eide Ford Lincoln a unique place to do business?

Trust. Before I was even working here, I bought a vehicle here because I knew that it was a trustworthy place. We work hard to make sure the customer is happy. We make the whole experience enjoyable and hassle-free. The difference here is that we focus on the customer and his or her needs before focusing on the sale. 

What do you do in your free time? 

I live here in Bismarck and I like to spend time with my two twin daughters, and I also enjoy driving my motorcycle and going on bicycle rides.
