The experience was at expectations. But went above when a handful of techs tried to locate a clicking sound coming from the back wheels. They determined it was coming from the brakes and could be something fixed later. Cody was very informative the whole experience through, as well as giving me some info on how to fix some curb runs on my wheels. I will have no issues going back in the future.

The service line said no openings, but when I called Cody said he could squeeze me in. I left my car and was given a ride - very convenient. They called when ready, and everything was good. Thank you very much.

I had an oil change and a vehicle inspection done today. I mentioned to Cody that I was planning on driving to MN for Christmas and I was concerned about the status of the coolant since I will be traveling in below zero weather. After the inspection was done, he made a point to assure me that the coolant was good and my car was ready to make the trip. I appreciated that.

Cody was super helpful. He helped get me into a cancellation spot the same day I came in. I had a few questions and he was super friendly while answering them. I knew I might need tires and he had a 3 to choose from at the end of my oil change and informed me all the good and bad of each set.

First time at Eide Ford Lincoln to have a vehicle serviced, and I have to say I highly recommend them!! Had our new to us car in to have an oil change and was done quickly and professionally. Cody is awesome and was a great help in checking on recalls, anns questions, and helping get appointments set up to get those taken care of. Very comparable in price to other places too.
